The concentrated master solution is produced on site and remains effective after 24 hours of storage. The system operates in a batch mode according to the acid-chlorite method and uses conventional concentrations of hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorite. Peristaltic pumps ensure safe transport of chemicals.
