Piston diaphragm metering pumps MEMDOS KMS/ZKMS Lutz-Jesco
Piston diaphragm metering pumps are known for their accuracy and independence from pressure, making them ideal metering devices for precise mixing. Their ability to set the metering quantity in proportion to the piston stroke length allows even the smallest quantities to be metered accurately. In addition, externally controlled drive motors allow the total dosing quantity to be flexibly adjusted from 5% to 100% without changing the mixing ratio. These characteristics make piston diaphragm pumps a reliable choice for demanding industrial dosing tasks.

MEMDOS KMS/ZKMS
Power unit in a modular system
MEMDOS KMS/ZKMS was designed according to a modular principle. This offers the advantage that you can combine different pump elements depending on the task at hand and thus obtain a metering pump that is optimally tailored to your requirements.
Versatile and flexible
During the development of the MEMDOS KMS, the focus was on ensuring the following user benefits:
Easy installation
Quick membrane replacement
No zero point adjustment with removal of the piston flange
Piston diaphragm metering pumps MEMDOS KMS/ZKMS Lutz-Jesco
Outstanding versatility
- The rational design requires only minimal storage space for spare parts
- Adding a second metering unit with identical or different performance ranges to the drive creates a twin-head pump, MEMDOS ZKMS
- Thanks to its symmetrical design, the piston flange can be mounted on the left or right side of a single pump, ensuring an economical and compact system design
- By installing only four pins, the metering pump can be converted from manual stroke adjustment to electric
- Multi-range voltage electric motors (220-240/380-420 V, 50 Hz; 440-480 V, 60 Hz) with a high degree of protection (IP55) and insulation class (F) are used for operation. Special motors (ATEX) are available on request
All pumps are equipped with TÜV-tested safety valves to prevent damage to the pump and peripherals. Safety valves are selected according to the pump capacity and the desired maximum pressure in the system.
